Jason Mraz : Iā€™m Yours and The Remedy

8:25 Justinā€™s Song decodes

22:00 Welcome and Announcements:

We gather here to ask questions and we see what comes up. This is open for all discussionsā€”on any topic you'd like. Sharing is encouraged; If youā€™re unfamiliar with Telegram, hit the center button if youā€™d like to speak and that will signal Justin to open your mic and call on you, or toggle the mic on and off to alert him.

Justin shares updates and announcements before beginning: Sends everyone regards and hopes everyone is doing well on the journeyā€” this wintry time, at least for, for those of us in the center hemisphere. Weā€™re are experiencing winter. He shares its been a wonderful time to do a little bit of restingā€”as heā€™s feeling very called to spend lots of time relaxing, turning inward and meditating. This is what's appropriate for this season. Heā€™s hoping others are able to find that time of solace, stillness, peace and of letting things go as we watch the reality of the movie playing in the external reality get crazier and crazier as Donald Trump continues to do things that are very helpful in some ways, but also very antagonistic to those of a certain mindset.

Justin sees that it's continuing to drive the narrative forward of bringing some relief to people quite quickly using the facade of the U S government, but it's also bringing people to a greater sense of anger on a certain side of the table. Recent things heā€™s been loving watching are the executive orders being signed and any shorter press conferences heā€™s doing recently. It's great to watch, if youā€™d like to watch, but donā€™t want to sit through all the noise of other platforms or news stations; he suggests the White House YouTube channel. They host most of the events live there and its without fillers, adā€™s or commentary. It's a great way to stay in touch with things. RSBN (Right Side Broadcasting Network) does a good job too of covering the other layers that are not on the White House channel. Those are the two channels that heā€™s following to keep up with whatā€™s been going on.

If youā€™ve not seen recently ā€”some big things that heā€™s done are to completely remove men playing in womenā€™s sports and the ideology that there are more than two genders. Thatā€™s huge ā€”good to move things in that direction. Of course, on one side of the fence, itā€™s causing very explosive reactions. He also recently said that Gaza needs to be cleared out basically so that they can demo the area and make it habitable for people to live. On one level, it's a wonderful thing to give people an opportunity to rebuild the space that's been devastated by war for so long. It was definitely being used as a place to just breed war-mongering.

However, to certain people, this seems like heā€™s an authoritarian dictator; Who is he to declare this a US project and just make people leave.ā€™ The outrage from some peopleā€”its definitely going into a narrative of increasing tensions and bringing us closer to the edge of the precipiceā€”to that point where something within society collapses and will kick off the dominos falling. Its all very entertaining to watch and keep the pulse on things. Justin mentions he's been more carefulā€”as heā€™s previously spoke about in the past couple weeks; Just generally more careful where people are around him. He suggests remaining cautious; aware of your surroundings and who you are around as well.

When things are mentioned, or if youā€™re wearing Trump gear and such, he urges cautionā€”as tensions may rise, unless you know who youā€™re with, be aware and careful what youā€™re saying ā€” at this point, he doesnā€™t believe we have a risk of violence, depending upon where you are, but just for ease of moving about; Justin feels its not wise to add to the tension or stress that certain people are going through as theyā€™re watching or (what they perceive) as how things are falling awayā€”Its challenging for certain folks to go through. This is not the time to go out and get on the loud speaker and blast politically fueled commentary to try to convince people or rub it in. He feels that the tension itself from things are quite enough--Its best not to have any of that energy directed our way or towards people we care for.

Thereā€™s much discussion such as ā€˜How could Trump be doing these kinds of things?ā€™ ; ā€™How can he be making sweeping gestures?ā€™; ā€™How could he be assigning Elon Musk, not hired or voted in?; How can he be giving him all this authority to make huge cuts in this behemoth that is governmentā€™ ā€”Justin states although he doesnā€™t know how he has done all thisā€¦and of course this is continuing to drum up that narrative, but its also illuminating the fact that the US government has been defunct for quite some time. In any case, its interesting to watch and he hopes everyone's enjoying that as well.

Further announcements: Justin continues his support of the children of Uganda; the Lions of Uganda Childrenā€™s Ministry. Bali does a wonderful job with the limited resources that he has to make sure that the children stay fed and cared forā€”Justin and he stay in constant communications; Always trying to get support for them any way possible.

Individually, Justin has very limited resources because he is 100% funded by donations as well. He does not have much to offer, but he does continue to putting the word out there that if thereā€™s anyone that feels inclined to chip in even if just a small amount it will be greatly appreciated as it goes a long way.

You can do that through their link at GiveSendGo: givesendgo.com/lionsofuganda (http://givesendgo.com/lionsofuganda) this is an excellent way to donate and support them or you may also send it through any of Justinā€™s online links by just adding a note that its meant for Bali and the children and heā€™ll happily forward it to them. Thereā€™s a contribute button on the websites homepage and you can find all of these links there. https://www.justincarpenter.org/contribute

He continues to work with FQXHOLE Foundation. Theyā€™re diligently trying to help the people of North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia region that were affected by hurricane Helene and the flooding that followed. They've been doing a phenomenal job of making things work with the little resources that they have. If youā€™d like to help out in those efforts, you can go to their link fqxholefoundation.org (http://fqxholefoundation.org/) Or again through any of Justinā€™s links as well: Just make sure to add a note as to where youā€™d like the funds to go.

Thank you for that ~ and thank you to all those whoā€™ve already contributed here and there as well, either through sharing the work or contributing financially or helping out with all the bits and pieces here and there; writing notes and timestamps or making smaller clips with these longer shows ā€”its all appreciated;

Its a group effort here, this is not just a one man show. We help each other out in the way we can. Justin feels his gift is his voice. Heā€™ll happily share that giftā€”and he wants to make it very clearā€”this is a team effort. All of us coming together to help each other and guide the others home so that we can find that Christ withinā€”find that connection and rekindle that love. Then that love becomes the contagion that we can spread instead of fear. Weā€™re able to quell and move us into a space of peace and harmony any way we can do that, the ripple effects are massive. Please donā€™t underestimate your efforts and what youā€™re doing every bit helps! Thank you all for being here and for listening to these announcements ā€”as we jump right in to the show. As previously mentioned, Justin does give priority to those who are here on the call live as it adds to a more dynamic conversation when we can speak together; However, if you cannot attend live, please feel free to reach out and send in your questions.

35:25 Pearl/Peggy shares her observations from prayer meetings featuring Donald Trump earlier that morning. She notes that at the first meeting, held at the White House, the flags did not have gold fringe, while at the second meeting, held at a different location, the flags did. She also observed Trump made several statements highlighting individuals, using phrases like ā€œhe's a great man," which she found particularly interesting. Each meeting lasted about 20 minutes, and she found them encouraging. She mentions that she had not seen these meetings before and felt they aligned with what Justin had shared earlier, prompting her to bring this to the community today.

36:56 Justin affirmsā€”itā€™s great watching just about everything that he is speaking on these days. Its all quite interesting to hear the words that are being used and very exciting to witness.

37:42 Written question from Bec: she asked about Sea Moss: We mentioned it on last weekā€™s live; Sheā€™s asking what form is best to use: whole, powdered, also what ratio to mix with water to make the gel and how is it applied topically? Is Kombu used the same way?

38:08 Justin explains that sea moss is a type of dried seaweed with long, tentacle-like branches. He purchases it in whole form as itā€™s the most economical. To prepare, he recommends rinsing off any salt or residue, then soaking it in pure water overnight to rehydrate, in a glass container that allows room for expansion. If in a hurry, hot water can speed up the process. Once rehydrated, it should be rinsed thoroughly to remove any strong taste before blending with water to the desired consistencyā€”less water for thicker gel, more for thinner. Properly rinsed, this gel is nearly tasteless and it can be stored in the fridge 1ā€“2 weeks. It can be consumed by the spoonful or added to smoothies, sauces, and soups.

Though he hasnā€™t done so often, though he notes that some people successfully use sea moss topically on skin, scalp, and hair, applying it as with any cosmeticā€”either diluted or directly. Thereā€™s no wrong way to use it, as it is very safe.

He shares sea moss is excellent for its high mineral content, which helps compensate for the depleted minerals in grocery store produce. Daily use provides essential nutrients, supporting our overall health. While powdered and capsule forms are available and useful for travelā€”they are however, more expensive.

Bec also asked about kombu, another type of seaweed, Justin enjoys it in soups. Josh X suggests an alternative preparation method: boiling kombu in water to extract minerals, then blending the liquid and freezing it in ice cube trays for easy use, similar to sea moss.

Justin advises purchasing wild-crafted sea moss and kombu, as farmed varieties are inferior. Researching the best sources is key. He considers sea moss one of the simplest and most beneficial additions to his routine, supporting teeth, hair, energy, and overall body function. Minerals are the bodyā€™s building blocks, and while the body can eventually produce what it needs, modern conditions have led to mineral deficiencies, making external sources helpful in restoring balance.

45:09 Lila shares her experience with sea moss and kombu suggesting ways to enhance the flavor. She enjoys blending it with fruits like blueberries or making a strong tea using medicinal herbs such as raspberry leaf, sometimes combining it with fruit flavors like mango. She notes that adding these ingredients can shorten the shelf life, recommending small batches that should be consumed within a week.

For those resistant to the taste, she advises soaking the seaweed longer to reduce its fishy flavor. She reflects that she was resistant to it, mentioning that she initially found it overwhelming but has grown to appreciate the taste as her body has healed. She encourages patience, likening the process to adjusting to a diet lower in sugar, emphasizing that as the body heals, these natural flavors become more enjoyable.

47:07 Robin comments that sheā€™s added a link to where she purchases her sea moss on Amazonā€”states its organic, she soaks her for 48 hours and also adds organic lemon juice while soaking itā€¦then follows just as Justin and Lila mentioned placing it in spring water and blending it up. Hers lasts for two weeks she adds two tablespoons in her smoothies each morning. Agrees with Lila that the healthier you get, the more your body likes itā€”you adjust to it.

48:06 Justin thanks both for their input and he adds, if mixed with fruit it will definitely taste delicious and yes be mindful it will not last as long if you do that in the fridgeā€¦less than a week he recommends.

48:27 Robin agrees yes she puts it in a glass mason jar by itself in the fridge then just adds to the smoothing in the morningā€”correct. She doesnā€™t put the fruit in until doing the smoothie in the morning.

48:44 Justin replies mentioning heā€™s not tried freezing the sea moss but has seen it done, Then there'd be no problem if you want to store it for longer make a big batch and do that.

49:34 Tracey shares her positive experience with sea moss, which she has been taking since October 2023. Starting with a small amount, she significantly increased her intake last spring and enjoys the benefits. In the summer, she applies it to her face, initially expecting it to dry oddly due to its gritty texture but finding that it dries smoothly. She appreciates the energy boost and purchases her sea moss from Amazon, noting that a little goes a long way in its dried form, as it expands significantly when rehydrated.

Shifting topics, Tracey references the earlier comment about the US flags from an article posted by Gene Ho (Donald Trumpā€™s former personal photographer), in which he clarifed misconceptions about the gold fringe on U.S. flags. She explains that the fringe is purely decorative and has been used for many years, often appearing on flags displayed indoors, in official settings, or during ceremonial events. The tradition dates back to the early 19th century, originating from military practices where the fringe signifies honor and respect.

She addresses it being a common misconception that gold fringe indicates legal or jurisdictional significance, such as martial law or admiralty law, stating that this is not true. The fringe does not alter the flagā€™s meaning or the law it represents. Tracey credits this clarification to George Magazine and cites Dave Blaze, the magazineā€™s CEO.

55:30 Justin reads Beth's written question: Beth was drawn to a support group that turned out to be exclusively for military members with combat-related PTSD. She relates to their struggles, describing her own experience as a war in itselfā€”highly traumatizing and structured to perpetuate fear. Without diminishing what soldiers have endured, she emphasizes the immense trauma she and others have faced. As they work toward healing and seek supportive communities, she asks: How can one find a group when many require a specific trauma experience for entry? How can they connect without adopting a victim mindset or labeling themselves as such?

57:01 Justinā€™s Response: he acknowledges its a great question and observes that many support groups, whether intentional or not, often deepen identity consciousness. While they may provide tools for managing trauma, they also embed the trauma into a personā€™s characterā€”sometimes even as a prerequisite for participation.

Using AA as an example, he notes that while such programs offer short-term relief, they can also reinforce the problem. Introducing oneself as ā€œHi Iā€™m Justin, Iā€™m an alcoholic" strengthens that identity, making true detachment more difficult. If individuals cannot separate from the ego and character, their lives become shaped by that identity.

Finding groups that focus on solutions rather than reinforcing problems is difficult. Walking the straight and narrow naturally limits available help, as true healing fosters independence. A real teacher or system should work itself out of a jobā€”just as Trump is working to dismantle government overreach. Any group or mentor that fosters perpetual dependence only ensures continued struggle.

He continues, stating any institutions, including therapy and pharmaceuticals, benefit from maintaining problems rather than resolving them. Support groups often operate similarly, keeping participants locked in a cycle of identity reinforcement rather than healing. The longer someone stays, the more entrenched they become, defending the system even if it no longer serves them.

To find truly healing groups, we must practice discernmentā€”being willing to leave as soon as a group proves problem-oriented. Solutions should allow for release, not endless struggle. Life naturally moves people through various experiences, and remaining open, even a five-minute conversation can reveal whether a group is solution-driven.

Nothing is lost in this process except attachment. The more someone resists letting go, the deeper they sink into the identity. But openness to change leads to greater expression, allowing creation to flow as intended. Sometimes, the realization of what doesnā€™t work inspires the creation of something betterā€”groups, systems, and spaces based on true solutions.

Even then, what is created mustn't become permanent. It evolves, always serving its purpose without binding people to an identity. Identity can weigh individuals down, but when they remain open, their character moves freely through their story, expanding into greater expression. (Seeing that Beth has raised her hand, Justin asks to hear her thoughts.)

1:06:38 Beth shares: On the day of that conversation, she was deeply processing, working through anger and rage that surfaced during her yoga training. Recalling a discussion on depression among veterans who returned from war without tools to process traumaā€”leading them to pass their pain onto their families and workplaces.

This resonated, as she was simultaneously unpacking family wounds. A group text with her siblings about their dad led to an eye-opening moment: Sheā€™d always known her grandfather was seen as a tyrant but never connected that he was a veteran. It suddenly clicked that his wartime experience might have shaped her fatherā€™s behavior, continuing a cycle of trauma. Beth reflected on her past involvement with 12-step groups, realizing she wasnā€™t just seeking recovery but a safe space for honest healing. She still believes in the power of community for healing trauma, which is why learning about a new healing program excited herā€”until she found out it was only for veterans. This stirred frustration about how support systems often exclude many who need help. She questioned how many programs she would even qualify for and why so many require specific labels.

Justinā€™s comment about focusing on solutions rather than problems resonated. Sheā€™s been shifting her energy toward creating what doesnā€™t yet exist. Recently, a name came to her of a healing arts center (she hasnā€™t shared with many people yet) but she feels called to build a healing space where the focus isnā€™t on trauma labels but on universal access to healing arts.

One of her favorite teachers, Dr. Gabor MatĆ©, teaches that ā€œtrauma isnā€™t what happened to youā€”itā€™s your response to what happened to you.ā€ That means: Trauma isnā€™t measured by comparison.

- Itā€™s not about whether someoneā€™s experience was "worse" than anotherā€™s. -Itā€™s about the emotional impact and the healing process.

Sheā€™s finding more willingness to speak up, and discovering her voice, and connecting with the right mentors. Things are looking up; It doesnā€™t always feel that wayā€”as sheā€™s in the middle of intense healingā€”but sheā€™s writing a lot and thatā€™s another desire of hersā€” to reach a place where sheā€™s ready to share her storyā€”whether through writing or on a platform. Maybe even with Justin. She's grateful for having found this community and for everyone listening.

1:12:50 Justinā€™s response: grateful to Beth ~ and commenting it was beautifully said. Encouraging her to develop the idea and follow up for support in bringing the platform to life-- is a great step. Transmuting fear and trauma into something powerful is essential, and creative expression is one of the best ways to do that.

Some of the most powerful artistsā€”whether in music, painting, or other formsā€”are deeply emotional, channeling their experiences into meaningful creations. Use that natural process to transmute pain into healing through the right brain; It holds both deep emotion and spiritual connection, allowing for the feminine, intuitive side to express itself and transform trauma into spiritual gifts and creativity. Hopefully, support groups will evolve to recognize where they may be lacking and shift toward a more solution-oriented approach rather than just focusing on the problem.

Beth for Truth also mentioned a good pointā€”many groups take credit for members' progress but blame individuals when they struggle. There's often a hierarchy, and if people truly realized their own power, they wouldnā€™t feel dependent on any organization.

The truth is, weā€™re all aspects of the divine, not fragments, but whole. Recognizing this brings both connection and power. When we embrace that, no problem holds weightā€”we can move through anything. Old religious perspectives that instill unworthiness prevent people from realizing their full potential.

We should start from the foundation that we embody the divine, the Christ within. Our discussions should inspire and awaken that truth, leaving people with a deeper sense of their own powerā€”not dependent on any group, speaker, or organization, but on the message itself. As the songā€™s lyric says, "Our name is our virtue." If we identify with anything, let it be thatā€”not because we need to, but because we are virtue. We just forget sometimes. Beth pointed out that many groups become centered around profit rather than genuine healing. Its a true solution-focused organizationā€”it may not last forever, but it will serve its purpose as long as it's needed.

1:19:48 Sarah interjects wanting to continue on this topic: She recalls

before COVID, she worked with two groups of women who came to her home for sacred circle dance and Kundalini yoga. The groups became more than just classesā€”they created a healing space where women supported one another beyond the sessions. There was deep trust built. After COVID hit everything shut down. She wasnā€™t personally concerned, most of the group was, and even chanting became controversial. They attempted meeting outside for a while, but eventually, it all came to an end. The loss was traumatizing for her, as facilitating those gatherings kept her focused and engaged in ongoing study. There was a long period of grief and isolation, especially living in a small town, where she questioned why she was still there. Now, however, the feeling is loosening. Bethā€™s words really resonatedā€”she felt the same type of rejection, believing no one wanted to continue, and feeling disheartened by how many people she thought were into alternative healing but who simply followed the mainstream narrative.

Lately, she tunes into what excites her and feeling sheā€™d like to work with others. One idea is a life-writing class; inviting a small group into my space and providing prompts for creative expression. She feels a desire to lead and facilitate but also wants to ensure alignment with those involvedā€”creating a space where everyone is encouraged to pursue their own divine calling rather than staying in a holding pattern.

Right now, even collaborating with one person in a creative way feels fulfilling. Though she loves online connections like this, she also yearns for in-person experiences. However, many have grown accustomed to isolation, especially in her area, as those who think differently often feel alone. Its heartbreakingā€”Ultimately, a wish for herself and others to have the courage to act on inspirationā€”to energize an idea, extend an invitation, and trust the right people will align with it. Itā€™s important to follow through, and sheā€™s reminding herself of that as she says thisā€”thankful for all here.

1:27:20 Justin agrees and thanks Sarah for her takeā€”he shares that if we no longer feel the message is helping, or if those weā€™re speaking to have moved beyond it, we should be open to change. The business approach of paid retreats and structured groups often pushes repeating the same process, but that doesnā€™t always serve the highest purpose; Itā€™s beautiful to reflect on how certain offerings were once valuable without negating their past purpose, while also recognizing when spirit is no longer guiding us in that direction. Fighting this by doubling down on identity, reputation, or financial gain may seem attractive, but it wonā€™t lead to our highest callingā€”and ultimately, it has its limits.

Being open and not letting glamour, fame, or fortune dictate our path is powerful. The real question: Is this truly serving in the greatest way for both myself and those Iā€™m interacting with? He completely agrees that in-person connection is ideal and will be a huge part of healing when travel becomes more accessible and financial limitations ease. Having spaces where people can simply come together, without an agenda, to reconnect and recharge is vital after so much disconnection. In the meantime, we make doā€”finding ways to connect however we can, including digital tools. Heā€™s grateful for that because itā€™s allowed him to meet so many incredible people he wouldnā€™t have otherwise. And thanks Sarah again for sharing.

1:31:11 Sarah reflected on Justinā€™s mention of glamour, fame, and fortune, noting that while her work never provided those things, it did give her a sense of community. When she first moved, she knew no one, yet she built a space where many women felt seen after feeling alone or different in the larger community.

Now, sheā€™s learning to release attachment ā€”recognizing that while community is valuable, she must allow people to come and go, honoring free will and making space for new energies. Sheā€™s been doing shadow work around feeling left out or not invited to gatherings, a feeling intensified by social media. Seeing others together can trigger thoughts of exclusion, but when she tunes into the actual energy of those gatherings, she realizes they donā€™t align with her. Though she may love the people, the overall energy isnā€™t a match.

Instead of longing for invitations, sheā€™s shifting her focus to creating spaces that truly resonate with her spirit and visionā€”inviting those in alignment with that sacred space. She expressed gratitude to Justin for providing a space where she could share this, admitting itā€™s been a quiet suffering. Though sheā€™s been brave in facing these shadows, she often feels alone in it and welcomes insight from others. Through Human Design, she knows sheā€™s a ā€˜Projectorā€™ and has been advised by healers to wait for the right invitations. Sheā€™s learning that just because she desires an invitation doesnā€™t mean she should accept anyā€”it must be aligned, or it will drain her. Patience in this process is part of her work, and sheā€™s embracing it.

1:36:21 Justin thanks Sarah for voicing this; Being a ā€˜Projectorā€™ himself, he can very much relate to that learning to wait for the invitations. Just because we receive an invitation doesnā€™t mean itā€™s divinely guided, right? Part of our process is learning to distinguish between invitations that genuinely align and those driven by something elseā€”like FOMOā€”the fear of missing out.

He can relate as sometimes he forms an idea of what a gathering or connection might be like, and if he becomes too attached to that idea, thereā€™s a risk of ignoring his intuition. He might think, ā€˜I like the idea of this groupā€™ ā€”but deep down, he feels pulled in another direction. If he let the idea drive, it becomes a false constructā€”a mental creation rather than true alignment.

This applies to personal relationships too; We can fall in love with the idea of someone, rather than seeing them as they truly are. Then we justify behaviors, thinking, ā€˜Maybe theyā€™ll change if I just help them see or move through this.ā€™ā€”if we didnā€™t get caught up in the illusion and simply saw them, we wouldnā€™t create that struggle in the first place. Itā€™s a learning processā€”our minds are always constructing, always trying to define things; And while that serves a purpose, the key is not letting the mind have the final say. Instead, we need clarityā€”Where is this invitation coming from? Is it truly divine, or just a mental projection? Thanks Sarah again for the share.

1:39:16 Lila expressed that she was moved by Sarahā€™s vulnerability and authenticity in sharing her experience. Before Sarah even mentioned Human Design, Lila perceived she was a Projectorā€”someone who has navigated the unique challenges of this energy type. Projectors, along with Reflectors and some Manifestors, often feel different from the 67% of the population who are Generators, who interact with the world in a distinct way. The sense of being left out is common for non-Generators, as they may long for connection but find their energy functions differently.

As a Generator herself, Lila acknowledges that even within her own type, there are moments of feeling ā€œother thanā€ among different energy groups. When surrounded by Projectors, for example, she notices their grand, strategic thinking, which contrasts with her instinct to take immediate action. She notes that her energy and enthusiasm might feel like a ā€œbull in a china shopā€ to a Projectorā€™s more methodical approach. Interestingly, Projectors are statistically increasing in younger generations, which could mean that younger Projectors today feel more seen and understood than those born into a Generator-dominated society decades ago.

Lila also reminds Sarah that tears are cleansing. People often label them as sadness or weakness, but in reality, they are a natural mechanism for emotional releaseā€”like the rain clearing away stagnation. Those with significant emotional energy in their Human Design charts are meant to experience deep feelings, and their tears are a way of keeping that energy in motion. Just as we hydrate a physically dry body, emotions need flow to maintain balance.

She suggests a simple meditation: ā€œWe're gifted with the ability to cry, to move emotion." Silence and observation are especially powerful for Projectors and Reflectorsā€”helping discern whether an invitation is truly aligned. If a groupā€™s energy doesnā€™t resonate (for instance, engaging in activities that feel off), then the invitation isnā€™t for you. True alignment requires faithā€”trusting that Spirit, or God, will guide you to whatā€™s meant for you in divine timing.

When Sarah created her community after moving, she was likely divinely guided. However, Lila gently cautions Projectors against over-initiating, as it can lead to exhaustion and bitterness. If they take on too much, others may expect them to always lead, which isnā€™t sustainable for their energy type. Every energy type has a sign of misalignmentā€”frustration for Generators, anger for Manifestors, disappointment for Reflectors, and bitterness for Projectors. If those feelings arise, itā€™s often a sign that something is out of alignment.

She encourages Sarah not to fall into ā€œless thanā€ thinking or FOMOā€”trust that everything truly meant for her is already on its way. Sending love and trust in the journey.

1:47:20 Sarahā€™s responds Thanking Lila ā€”and resonates with everything she said. Thankfully for the recordingā€”so she can listen to it again. She agrees its exactly where her pattern has led beforeā€”questioning, ā€œAm I being fully nourished here?ā€ Iā€™ve often forced myself into initiating just to have community; her gifts are used, but it eventually leads to frustration and bitterness. Yes, she 'gets' to cry. Referencing the Dagara tradition, African elders she worked with base their cosmology on the elements. Her medicine is in the mineral realm, and Mineral people cry for others. If someone in the circle is sharing but canā€™t release their tears, we cry for them. That is part of her medicine

The other day, a woman shared something about frequency, showing grief as a ā€˜lowā€™ vibration. Sarah understands that staying in despair isnā€™t how weā€™re meant to live, grieving itself is however she feels is essential. She shares that in many spiritual traditions grief is honored as maintenance ā€”it creates space for healing.

As Malidoma SomĆ© said, "Where there are tears and laughter, there is surely the presence of Spirit.ā€ Grieving is not just sorrow; itā€™s evolution, cleansing, release, and renewal. She thanks Lila again, Justin, and all listening

1:51:22 Lila expresses her appreciation for Sarahā€™s sharing, noting that everyone can relate to these emotions to some degree. She reflects on the concept of frequency, vibration, and grief, pointing out that static models of emotional scales fail to account for how emotions are alive and dynamic. While sadness and grief can be part of a natural emotional flow, problems arise when emotions are suppressed rather than allowed to move.

She gives an example: If a child is repeatedly told to ā€œshut upā€ when crying, their emotions become trapped rather than processed. Over time, that suppression creates stagnancy, which can then manifest in the physical realm as a sustained low-frequency state. In contrast, when emotions are allowed to move freely, they donā€™t lower someoneā€™s vibrationā€”they instead allow healing and release.

Also, Lila discusses the idea of moving energy for others, which she feels is very real. Many traditional healing practices focus on purging or transmuting energy, not just for oneself but for others who remain caught in illusion (Maya). She shares her own experience of working through dark energies, particularly in relation to child trafficking and sex trafficking. In ceremonies, she has helped transmute pain for othersā€”one friend, for example, felt emotionally numb after experiencing severe trauma, and Lila was able to release grief on her behalf.

An exchange follows between Lila and Sarah regarding birth years and Mineral people, with Sarah offering to look up information and share a link for others who may be interested. Lila, intuitively drawn to fire energy, wonders if she is someone who "burns through" emotions rather than processing them in other ways.

Returning to the topic of unseen energy work, Lila highlights how people unknowingly absorb and transmute energy in daily life. She describes a simple scenario: Sitting behind an angry bus driver, a Projector might unconsciously absorb that frustration into their open etheric field. But everyone, including Generators, is constantly taking in and interacting with external frequencies. The key is awarenessā€”rather than internalizing these energies, can we recognize them and transmute them instead?

She emphasizes that children, in particular, often take on their parentsā€™ unresolved emotions, which isnā€™t their responsibility. Lila reflects on her own upbringing and the lingering impact of past environments where elders lacked spiritual awareness. However, instead of falling into victimhood, she chooses to acknowledge her power in transmuting and releasing these energies.

Her final thought: "Thank you, God, for the ability to hold and transmute this frequencyā€”whether through tears, purging, or other forms of releaseā€”rather than storing it in the body."

1:58:15 Sarah interjectsā€”Sharing an experience from the previous day in a grocery store: a young child approx. 2y, was making loud, expressive sounds. The child's parents appeared embarrassedā€”Sarah describes feeling an instinctive response to mirror the sounds through movement. The child observed her and repeated the soundsā€”they continued to engage in this exchange.

Sarah notes that this reaction is something sheā€™s experienced before, particularly in situations involving individuals on the autism spectrum who vocalize loudly; expressing a desire to join in and how, in this instance, the movement felt mutually beneficial, serving as a means of energy release that was both healing and affirmingā€”in appreciation for the shared space.

1:59:50 Justin responds; Loving the conversation expresses gratitude to Lila and Sarah for their contributions and reflects on the concept of energy movement, emphasizing that humans are not isolated units but rather deeply interconnected beings through which energy continuously flows. He highlights the value of awareness in this dynamic, noting that it helps prevent personalizing interactions, as one cannot always know the energetic burdens others carryā€”whether from trauma or other past experiences.

Additionally, this awareness fosters the ability to become more effective alchemists, transforming rather than internalizing external energies and stresses the importance of transmutationā€”choosing not to perpetuate lower vibrational frequencies but instead consciously uplifting and shifting them. Justin asserts the more we engage in this practice, the collective frequency of the Earth itself ā€”is elevated. He encourages listeners not to underestimate the power we hold simply by moving through our intentions, interacting with others, and maintaining the resolve not to reciprocate or amplify lower energies. Instead actively transmuting and enhancing energy toward a higher state. Further, he acknowledges that this level of responsibility can feel significant, but embracing it fully reveals oneā€™s personal power. He feels this shift in awareness and stepping into the role of a superhero in our own stories, is actively transforming energy and positively influencing the collective. He concludes by expressing his appreciation and enthusiasm of this dialog.

2:02:21 Beth acknowledges that much of what she wished to add, has already been shared by others; Expresses feeling deeply connected to the conversation, as if her own thoughts were channeled. She thanks Sarah for initiating the discussion and expresses gratitude for hearing from Lila.

She mentions having a few Human Design-related questions but decides to save them for another time, instead emphasizing how much she resonates with what has been discussed. She shares that conversations like this provide reassurance and confirmation that her experiences are part of a collective process, making her feel supported when she connects with others undergoing similar journeys.

She reflects her own recent struggles, admitting that she created difficult situations in the past year out of a desire to belong. Acknowledges forcing relationships that werenā€™t truly aligned and recognizes a powerful healing session the previous night brought revelations about how she repeatedly strayed from what Spirit had intended. She received messages from her native ancestors, affirming that she had missed past opportunities by making choices out of alignment with her true path. However, now finds herself reconnecting with people she had the chance to align with a year ago, suggesting that her energy simply wasnā€™t in resonance with them at that time.

She relates with this discussion on grief and suppression, realizing that much of her life had been shaped by unprocessed sorrow. She describes experiencing intense anger/negativity in recent weeks, unsure of how to release it, and notes, her writing has helped. She expresses gratitude for remembering the ability to transmute these emotions and views the return of these lessons as a blessing.

Additionally, Beth recalls an important reminder from a recent healing session about protecting her energyā€”specifically, the practice of "zipping up" chakras and closing herself off energetically in public places like Walmart. She admits that these protective practices had slipped her mind for a while but finds them valuable. She closes, expressing deep appreciation and gratitude for the conversation.

2:05:36 Justin agrees, thanking Beth for her insights and expands on the idea of emotional transmutation (the lead into gold)ā€”referencing earlier discussions; Describing emotions as energy in motionā€”powerful, raw, and possibly chaotic, left unprocessed. In their untethered state, emotions can be dangerous, permeating those around us and causing ripple effects. Highlighting the societal issue of emotional suppression, explaining that when people are taught to ignore their emotions instead of working through them, it creates a volatile environment. This leads to communities filled with unresolved emotional energy, as people un-intentionally trigger each other and escalate tensions.

Justin emphasizes a solution-oriented perspective: emotions are a gift, not something to be discarded but to be transmuted into their highest potential. He encourages embracing this process rather than resisting it, though he acknowledges that it can feel overwhelming. The ego often avoids the work because it requires taking full responsibilityā€”not just for actions but also for emotional states.

However, he stresses. that this responsibility is empowering. While emotions shouldnā€™t be forced to move unnaturally, they are ours to work with, and understanding how we are individually designed to process them is key. He notes that while everyone has unique ways of navigating their emotions, the fundamental process of transformation remains universal. Concluding by expressing his appreciation and affirming the depth/importance of the conversation.

2:08:40 Sarah shares: that she just sent a link about the Dagara cosmology to Lila. She further explains that for anyone whose birth year ends in zero or five, their element is Earth. She then lists the elemental correspondences:

- Water: Years ending in 1 or 6

- Earth: Years ending in 0 or 5

- Mineral: Years ending in 4 or 9

- Nature: Years ending in 3 or 8

- Fire: Years ending in 2 or 7

She concludes by mentioning that she will also post the link to the JC Family channel.

2:09:42 Justin thanks Sarah for the information ā€”going by that, he statesā€” he would be Earthā€”heā€™ll look into it furtherā€”itā€™s interesting.

2:10:22 Lila provides an update on her situation, expressing her gratitude for the community's support during this challenging time. Through donations and a loan from someone within the group, she was able to secure the camper she discussed previously. She has been preparing it for travel and will soon be leaving California. Coincidentally, as this relief came, the region also received significant rainfall, greatly reducing fire risks quite a bit.

Sheā€™s feeling an immense sense of relief and after she brought the camper home, she states it provides her and her child with a sense of security and mobility. Having a small home on wheels allows them to travel comfortably, something she values even more as a parent.

Lila shares her upcoming plans: she will leave in about a week, heading first to a Human Design conference before continuing on to New York State at some point. She plans to explore USDA Land Grants to establish an ecological farming project; Highlighting the availability of funding through federal farmland grant programs, that supports new farmers, particularly those who are low-income, single parents, or have indigenous ancestry. She notes that many American farmers are aging out of the industry, and these grants help younger generations take up farming in various forms, including flower crops, seed cultivation, and ecological restoration.

She encourages anyone interested in this opportunity to reach out to her for more information. She mentions grant recipients receive guidance from an advisors helping to streamline the application process. She shares an example of a friend who successfully obtained land and resources through the program. She concludesā€”thanking the community for all the care and support, expressing excitement for the journey ahead, and hoping to connect with others while traveling.

2:17:39 Justin grateful to Lila for sharing. He replies its exciting to hear that update and that theyā€™re heading in his direction, though realizing it wonā€™t be right away, but making moves soon, which is very exciting and encouraging. He thanks her for the heads up on the Land Grant information as well. That's definitely something to look into for those who might be interestedā€”and this might be a way that theyā€™re getting land out to people ahead of timeā€”who knows how it's all working, but that seems like a great program to look into. Thanks her again for mentioning.

Before closing Justin gives a shout out to Lenore. He states that she goes by ā€œLovewindsā€ on Telegram. She recently posted in JC Family that she and her husband have been working on this project for creating animated reading shorts for kids. They just put together this channel and the video called: Story time with Winnie the Pooh, and just posted their first episode. If you're looking for some good, wholesome stories for children and you would like to support the people in our community, this would be a great channel to check outā€” Justin concludes thanking Lenore for sharing that update with us.
